Pilates workshops for Dancers

I run workshops and teach dancers how the Pilates method can assist them for the issues facing dancers - such as injury rehabilitation, strengthening micro instabilities as well as facilitating dance technique through correcting alignment and muscular imbalance issues. These classes also benefit mental health and body image as well as confidence and fitness.

The result - a beautiful, strong body that reflects the beauty and personality of the mind it houses.
